Minced beef - 1lb
Onion- 2 medium sized- finely chopped
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tspn
Ginger pieces- finely chopped
Chilli powder- 1/2 tspn
Pepper powder- a pinch
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Green onions- 1/2 cup chopped
Coriander leaves- 2 tblspn finely chopped
Parsley- 1 tblspn finely chopped
Bread crumbs- 4 tblspn
Milk- 4 tblspn
Maggie coconut milk- 2 cups
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil- 3 tblspn
Lemon- juice of half lime
Method of Preparation:
Wash the minced meat well and drain and keep aside till the entire water is completely drained.
In a pan, add the oil and add the finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and chilli powder and sauté for 10 minutes in medium flame.
Mix the bread crumbs with milk and add the cooked onions, minced meat, half of green onions, coriander leaves, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.Shape the mixture to golf sized balls and keep aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil and add the meat balls to it. Fry the meat balls by turning each side once till they become brown in colour. Now add the ginger pieces, turmeric powder and remaining green onions , parsley, coconut milk and simmer till the sauce thicken to desired consistency.Add the lime juice and turn the flame off.
Creamy and yummy meatballs are ready to be served.
