Red bell peppers- 1 cup finely chopped
Parsley- 1/2 cup finely chopped
Cucumber- 1 cup finely chopped
Light Mayonnaise – 2 tblpsn
Black pepper powder- a pinch
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Mix together all the ingredients and refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes. Serve with pita bread or have it just like that.
