In today's busy lifestyle quick and easy breakfast recipes are always a blessing. And there are many ways you can alter a regular recipe and change it into a different taste for your tastebuds. This is a simple omlette recipe with the addition of mint, cheese and spinach
Preparation time : 5 mins
Cooking time : 5 mins
Mint leaves- 4
Baby spinach- 1 cup
Mozarella cheese- 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil- 1tblspn
Method of Preparation:
Break one egg and mix half of the above ingredients(the above ingredients are for two eggs), including mint leaves, spinach, salt and pepper and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and add the egg mixture and cook on each side till its almost done.Sprinkle the mozarella cheese on top of it and switch off the flame when the cheese begins to melt.
