Chicken Kolhapuri

Chicken kolhapuri is an aromatic curry dish filled with flavors. What makes this curry so delightful is the addition of fresh and roasted spices. The dish gets its name from the beautiful town called Kolhapur in the south western part of india. The best thing about cooking this dish is, it fills you home with a vibrant and fresh spicy aroma.
