Chilli and Methi Shrimp

Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4


Shrimp - 1lb
Onion - 4
Green chillies - 5
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 2 tblspn
Turmeric powder - 1 /2 tspn
Curry leaves - 2 stem
Kasoori methi-1/2 tspn
Tomato - 1
Garlic paste - 1 tspn
Ginger paste - 1 tspn
Extra Virgin olive oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

1.Heat oil in pan and add the curry leaves and onion  to it.When the onions turns golden brown add the green chillies,garlic paste, ginger paste and salt and saute for 5 minutes.
2.Add coriander powder,turmeric powder, chilli powder  and  saute for 5 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes and kasoori methi cook for another 5 minutes.
4.Add the shrimp and cook till the shrimp is nicely mixed with the masala. Add little water only if needed.
5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
