Fish n Raw Plantain Masala

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4


Ingredients:
Raw Plantain(Green)- 2 cut into small cubes
Green chillies- 3
Red chillies- 3
Coriander powder- 2 tspn
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tspn
Curry leaves- a stem
Tomato-1
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tspn
Cooked fish- 1/2 cup shredded into small pieces(you can use fish from left over fish curry). I usually use a can of flaked tuna( 1 can)
Vegetable oil- 1 tblspn

Method of Preparation:
Pressure cook the plantain , tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and salt for one steam in medium flame.
Drain the excess water, mash the cooked plantain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves into it.When they splutter add the mashed plantain and one can of tune and cook for 10 minutes.Mix well and serve hot as a side dish with rice or chappatis.
