Crispy Curry Leaf Chicken Fry

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Serves- 4-6


Ingredients:
 Chicken- 2 lb- cut into small pieces
Corn Flour- 2 tblspn
Pepper powder- 1/2 tspn
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tspn 
Coriander powder- 2 tspn
Red chilli powder- 2 tspn
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Eggs- 2
Lemon juice- 1 tspn
Salt to taste
 
For the Tadka
Onion- 1 large chopped into small pieces
Green chillies- 3
Curry leaves- 3 stem
Vegetable oil for frying
 
Method of Preparation:
 Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a kadai and cook the marinated chicken pieces on both sides and keep aside
In another add curry leaves , green chillies, onions and some more pepper powder and sauté the onions till it turns golden brown.Add the cooked chicken pieces and mix well.Serve hot with chappatis or parathas.
