Drumsticks Fry(Muranka Fry)

Cooking time- 15 minutes
Serves- 4

Drumsticks- 3 (each cut into 5-4 pieces), washed and skin peeled
Coriander powder- 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Red chillies- 4
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tspn
Curry leaves- 1 stem
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil- 1 tblspn

Method of Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves into it.
When the mustard seeds splutter add the drumsticks, turmeric powder , coriander powder and into it. Saute for 10 -15 minutes in medium flame   till cooked .Add little water only if needed
Serve hot with chappatis or as a side dish with rice.
