Aloo Ki Subzi

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves- 4

Potato- 2 large size, sliced into small cubes
Tomato- 1 finely chopped
Kasoori Methi- 1 tspn
Green chillies- 3
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tspn
Red chilli powder- 1 tspn
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Garam masala- 1/2 tspn
Yoghurt- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves to garnish
Vegetable oil- 2 tblpn
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add the potato cubes into it.Add salt , ginger galic paste, turmeric powder, green chillies, red chilli powder and saute for 10 minutes in medium flame.
Add tomatoes, methi and garam masala and saute till the potato gets cooked.Add little water only if needed.
Add the yoghurt and coriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with chappatis or parathas
