Beef Chilli- Slow Cooker Recipe

Cooking time: 6 hours
Serves : 8


  • Ground beef, browned and drained- 1lb
  • Red kidney beans- 1 can
  • Tomato sauce- 1 can
  • Tomato- 2 finely chopped
  • Onions- 2
  • Chilli powder- 2 tspn
  • Green bell pepper- 1 
  • Ginger garlic pste- 1 tspn
  • Vegetable oil- 1 tblspn
  • salt to taste
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan and brown the ground beef for 5 minutes and keep aside.
In a slow cooker, add the chopped onions,tomatoes, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, green pepper, kidney beans, browned beef, tomato sauce and salt and cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 8 hours.Add little water if needed.
