Rajma Masala

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves- 4


Rajma(Kidney Beans)- 2 cups(cooked)
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Garlic paste - 1 tspn
Ginger paste - 1 tspn
Green chillies - 3
Coriander powder - 2 tspn
Chilli powder-1/s tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2 tblspn
Coriander leaves-to garnish
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

1.Pressure cook the rajma for two whistles in medium flame and keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add onions, green chillies, garlic paste, ginger paste, tomatoes and salt and saute well.
3.Add cooked beans, coriander powder , chilly powder and turmeric powder and saute.Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.Garnish with coriander leaves.Yummy Yummy rajma masala is ready to serve.
