Naadan Liver Masala

Cooking time: 30 minutes:
Serves: 4

Chicken Liver: 1lb or 500gm
Tomatoe- 2 finely chopped
Curry leaves- 1 stem
Coriander leaves- 2 tblspn chopped
Chilli powder- 2 tspn
Coriander powder- 1tspn
Coriander seeds- 1/2 tspn
Garam masala-1/2 tspn
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tspn
Red chillies- 5
Green chillies- 5
Yoghurt- 2 tblspn
Coconut oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 3 tblspn
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, currly leaves, tomatoes and salt.Saute till the tomatoes becomes like a smooth paste.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, red chillies, green chillies, coriander powder, garam masala and coriander seeds and saute for 10 minutes.
Add yoghurt and nicely washed chicken liver and cook till the liver is well cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
