'Quick' n 'Easy' Chicken

Cooking time : 20 minutes

Serves - 6

Ingredients :

Chicken - 1 lb, shredded(I used left over chicken pieces from my chicken curry.You can also fry chicken separately with little chilli powder, turmeric and salt and then shred the chicken)
Onion - 3 medium sized
Garlic paste- 2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Pepper- 1/2 tspn
Green chillies-3
Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation :

1.Heat oil in a pan and the finely chopped onions, green chillies and salt to it. Fry till the onions becomes golden brown in colour.

2.Add garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder and cooked shredded chicken pieces and very little water(only if needed)and saute for 10-15 minutes in medium flame.
