Smoked Mussels in Spicy Masala

Pls find below my first recipe of the new year.

Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4

Smoked Mussels - 2 tins
Onion - 2 medium size, finely chopped
Tomatoe- 1
Curry leaves - 1 stem
Garlic paste -1 tspn
Mint leaves - 2
Pepper - 1/3 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Coriander leaves - 1 tspn
Red Bell peppers - 1, cut into small cubes
Green chillies- 3 finely sliced
Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2 tblspn
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add the curry leaves,onion, tomatoes to it and saute for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Add garlic paste, mint leaves, green chillies,pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red pepper, mussels and salt and cook for 10 minutes. Add little water if needed.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
