Chinese Egg Noodles with Squid

Cooking time :15 minutes
Serves - 2

Egg noodles - 4
Spinach - 2 cups
Sprouts - 2 cups
Red Bell peppers - 2
Egg- 3
Squid- cut into small cubes - 500gm
Spring onion - 1 cup
Soya sauce - 1 tblspn
Oyster sauce - 1 tblspn
Hot sauce - 1 tblspn
Pepper -2 tspn
Olive oil - 1 tblsp
Salt as needed
For the marinate
Chilli powder - 1 tblspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Method Of Preparation:
1.Cook the egg noodles as per the instructions on the pack.
2.Marinate the squid with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Fry the squid pieces and keep aside.
3.Heat oil in a pan and add the red peppers, spinach, egg, pepper,olive oil,spring onions, oyster sauce, hot sauce , sprouts and saute for 8 minutes.
4.Add the cooked noodles into the pan and mix well.
