Banana Egg Cake



Ramadan Mubarak to all.....

Cooking time:50 minutes
Serves - 6

Ingredients

Plaintain- 2 large- cut into small cubes
Egg- 5
Sugar- 10-12 tblpsn
Cardamon powder- a pinch
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tspn
Ghee- 1tblspn



Method of Preparation
1.Cut the plaintain into small cubes and keep aside.
2.In a bowl add the egg, sugar, vanilla essence and cardamon powder and beat for 1-2 minutes.
3.In a baking pan spread the ghee and the add the plaintain cubes. Pour the egg mix on top of it and spread evenly.
4.Preheat oven to 365 degree and bake for 40-45 minutes.
5.After baking , let the cake cool down and cut into even slices.You can serve the egg banana cubes as it is after baking or serve it after refrigerating for 30 minutes.
