Kerala Style Naadan Fish Fry



Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients

1.Mackrel - 4 slices
2.Chilli powder - 1 tsp
3.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
4.Salt as needed
5.Vegatable oil- 3 tblspn

Method Of Preparation
1.Marinate the fish pieces with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces in medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.Your fish fry is ready to eat.
