'Quick' n 'Easy' Garlic Potato Fry

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves : 4


Potato :4
Garlic - 3 tspn
Turmeric powder -1/2 tspn
Coriander leaves - 2 tblspn to garnish
Olive oil - 3 tblspn
Salt as needed

Method of Preparation

1.Cut the potatoes into small cubes with skin and keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add the cube potatoes into it.Add turmeric powder, garlic paste and salt and saute well in medium flame.
3.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
