Mint(Pudina) Prawns Masala & An Award

Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4


Prawns - 500gm
Onion - 4
Green chillies - 5
Mustard seeds - 1 tspn
Garlic paste - 1tspn
Ginger paste - 1 tspn
Tomato -1
Mint leaves -5
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder -1/2 tspn
Extra Virgin olive oil - 2
Coriander leaves -to garnish
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

1.Heat oil in pan and add the mustard seeds and curry leaves to it.When they splutter add the onions, green chillies,garlic paste, ginger paste and salt and saute for 5 minutes.
2.Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, prawns, mint leaves and tomoato and saute till the prawns gets cooked.Add little water only if needed.
3.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
