Spicy Keema Curry

Cooking time :25 minutes

Serves : 4

Ingredients :
1.Keema-500gm 2.
Onion- 2 medium sized 3.
4.Garlic paste-2 tspn
5.Ginger paste-2 tspn
6Coriander powder-3 tspn
7.Turmeric powder -1/2 tspn 11.
8.Green chillies- 6
9.Cilantro - A small bunch to garnish
Olive oil-3 tblspn
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation :

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the thinly cut onions into it.Put garlic paste, ginger paste and fry for around 10 minutes in medium flame. Add the tomatoes and turmeric powder and coriander powder and saute for 5 minutes.Next add the keema into it and mix well(Put little water only if needed)Close the lid and fry for around 10 minutes in low flame(Stir occasionally to prevent burning).Garnish with chopped cilantro and your keema curry is ready to serve.
