Palak(Spinach) - 1 bunch
Paneer(Cottage Cheese) - 1 pack(400 gm)
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Cumin Seeds - 1 tspn
Garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Ginger paste - 1 tspn
Garam Masala - 1 tspn
Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Method Of Preparation
1.Finely cut the spinach and grate the paneer and keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it.When they splutter add the palak into it and saute well.Add chilli powder,garam masala powder, ginger and garlic paste and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
3.Add the grated paneer and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.Add little water if needed.Serve hot with chappati or parathas.
