Egg Masala

Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serve : 4


Egg - 4
Onions -2 large sized
Tomato - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Green chillies - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Coriander leaves to garnish
Refined oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation

1.Boil the eggs and keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add the onions, tomatoes,green chilli and salt and saute well.
3.Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,coriander powder and chilli powder cook for 10 minutes.
4.Switch off the flame and add the sliced eggs abnd mix well,
5.Garnish with corinader leaves and serve hot with chapattis.
