Palak Black Eyed Peas Masala

Cooking time : 25 minutes
Serves : 4
Ingredients

Black eyed peas - 1 cup(cooked)
Palak(Spinach) - 2 cups(chopped)
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Garlic paste - 1 tspn
Ginger paste - 1 tspn
Green chillies - 3
Coriander powder - 2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

1.Pressure cook the black eyed peas and keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add onions, green chillies, garlic paste, ginger paste and salt and saute well.
3.Add cooked peas,palak,tomato, coriander powder and turmeric powder and saute.Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.Yummy Yummy palak peas is ready to serve.
