Naadan Prawns Fry


Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients

Prawns - 400gm
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder -1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Refined oil - 3 tblspn

Method of Preparation

1.Marinate the prawns with chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for half an hour.
2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns.The spicy prawns fry is ready to serve.
