Egg Bhurji


Cooking time : 10 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients

Egg-3
Onion -1
Tomato-1
Curry leaves - 1 stem
Pepper- 1/2 tspn
Green chillies - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tblspn

Method of Preparation

1.Heat oil in a pan and add the onions and green chillies to it and saute well.
2.Add tomato,turmeric powder,pepper,chilli powder and curry leaves and saute well.
3.Add the three eggs and mix well in medium flame for 5 minutes.The simple and easy egg bhurji is ready to eat.
