Pudina Chicken

Pudina Chicken is a spicy indian dish which is packed with flavors.The special taste of mint(Pudina) makes this dish really special in its own ways.It tastes best with puri or pathiri.

Cooking time : 25 minutes
Serves : 4


Chicken - 500 gm
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Mint leaves(Pudina) - 1 stem
Garlic paste - 2 tspn
Ginger paste - 1 tspn
Chilli powder - 2 tspn
Coriander powder - 2 tblspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
Coriander leaves - 1 cup(Chopped)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation :

1.Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt and saute for till the onions becomes golden brown in colour.
2.Add chilli powder,turmeric powder, mint leaves and salt and saute for 5 minutes
3.Add the chicken pieces and tomato and cook till the chicken pieces become tender.Add some water if needed.
4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
