Palak Gobi(Spinach Cauliflower Fry)

So hope you all are enjoying the long weekend...We always get refreshed after a long weekend...Its always nice to have simple recipes to cook on weekends so that we can get sometime out of the kitchen:)Nice to know you all liked my Bhindi Fry recipe..Here's another simple recipe...

Palak Gobi

Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves : 4


Palak(Spinach) - 1 bunch
Gobi(cauli flower) - 1(small)(very finely chopped)
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Garlic paste - 2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Garam Masala - 1 tspn
Olive oil

Method of Preparation

1.Heat oil in a pan and add the finely cut gobi to it.Add garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder n salt and saute for 10 minutes.
2.Add finley cut palak and saute for 5 minutes.Your palak gobi is ready.
