Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves : 4
Palak(Spinach) - 1 bunch
Gobi(cauli flower) - 1(small)(very finely chopped)
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Garlic paste - 2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Garam Masala - 1 tspn
Method of Preparation
1.Heat oil in a pan and add the finely cut gobi to it.Add garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder n salt and saute for 10 minutes.
2.Add finley cut palak and saute for 5 minutes.Your palak gobi is ready.
