Malabar Mutton Fry

Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4

Mutton - 500gm
Chilli powder - 2 tblspn
Turmeric powder- 1 tspn
Garam Masala - 1 tspn
Garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Refined oil
Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation

1.In a pressure cooker add the mutton pieces,chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt pressure cook the mutton pieces for 10 minutes in medium flame.
2.Drain the water from the mutton pieces and marinate it with chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, garlic paste and salt and keep aside for 1 hour.
3.Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the mutton pieces.
