Kadai Paneer is a spicy creamy indian dish which is an all time favourite.Its simple to make and at the sametime delicious too.

Serves : 6
Paneer - 400 gm
Onions - 2
Green Chillies - 4
Tomato - 1
Capsicum(Green Peppers) - 1 cup(finely cut)
Garlic paste - 1 tspn
Ginger paste - 1 tspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Garam Masala - 1 tspn
Bay leaves - 2
Coriander leaves - 1 cup(chopped)
Water - 1/2 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation :
1.Cut the paneer into small cubes.Boil water in a saucepan and turn off the flame.Put the paneer cubes in it for 2 minutes and drain the water.
2.Mix the paneer cubes with chilli powder and turmeric powder and keep aside for 10 minutes.Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes till slight yellow.
3.Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, green chillies, garlic paste ginger paste and salt and saute for 10 minutes.
4.Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and saute for 5 minutes
5.Add tomato and capsicum and mix well.
6.Add the paneer cubes and water and cook for 5 minutes.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or parathas.
