Garlic Bhindi Fry



Bhindi Fry is an easy to cook ans simple .It tastes best with chappatis or rotis and can also had as a side dish with rice.

Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients :
Bhindi - 400 gm
Garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tspn
Olive oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation :

1.Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped bhindi to it.
2.Add garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and sauté for 10 minutes.
3.Add little water if needed and sauté well.Your Bhindi fry is ready
