Capsicum Chicken


Cooking time : 25 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients :

Chicken - 500gm

Onions -2

Capsicum - 1(finely chopped)

Green chillies - 4
Coriander powder - 2 tspn
Pepper powder - 1
tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2
tspn
Garlic paste - 1 tspn
Olive oil - 2
tblspn
Salt to taste


For the marinate :

chilli powder -1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt

Method of preparation :
1.Marinate the chicken pieces with
chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep aside.Fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add the onions,green chillies, garlic paste and salt and saute till the onion becomes golden yellow in colour.
3.Add
coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper and capsicum and saute for 5 minutes. 4.Shred the fried chicken pieces and add it to the pan.Mix well and cook for 10 minutes. 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with puri or pathiri.
