This is a a very easy dish.It can be had with evening tea and also as breakfast. Its main ingredient is banana.

Banana - 2(finely cut into cubes)
Egg - 2
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tspn
Cardamon powder - 1 tspn
Sugar - 2 tsblspn
Ghee - 3 tspn
Method of Preparation :
1. Heat ghee in a frying pan and add the finely cut banana cubes to it.Fry in medium flame till the cubes becomes golden yellow in colour.
2.Take a bowl and add the egg into it.Add sugar, vanilla essence and cardamon powder and beat well.
3. Add the egg mix to the banana cubes in the pan and mix well.Fry the whole content till the egg pieces becomes light yellow in colour.Your Banana Egg Cubes are ready to serve.
